RETAIL ORDERS (Individual Customers)
We process retail orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
- Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days
- Free shipping on all retail orders over $75
- Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.
WHOLESALE & B2B ORDERS
Wholesale orders require additional processing time due to order size and logistics coordination.
- Processing time — 3–5 business days after order confirmation
- Small orders (10–25 cases) — Shipped via standard freight, 5–10 business days
- Pallet & large orders (50+ cases) — Coordinated via our logistics team, 7–14 business days
- Custom/truckload orders — Timeline confirmed at time of order
- Wholesale customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking or freight details once the order is dispatched
